Let me tell you meeting DJ. Literally saved my life. Although he is a busy business man he would take any time to help me out with a deal I had found. After eight months of trying to sell one of our flip houses, encountering wholesalers that ignored their contracts to corporations that turned unethical, we felt we were facing a likely loss when my husband found DJ. Not only did we NOT lose money on the sale, we DOUBLED OUR MONEY instead! DJ supplied us with the winning sales strategy and the necessary paperwork to ensure our success. From sunrise to sunset, DJ has been patiently available to us as he’s talked us through any questions that we’ve had.
